What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit.
Cookies We Use
PipingCalcPro uses essential cookies only. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies — see “Measurement Without Cookies” below for the one thing we do count.

These cookies are set only when you sign in. If you use the calculators without an account, no cookies are set.
Measurement Without Cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views so we know which calculators are actually used. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Vercel derives a temporary, daily-rotating visitor hash from technical request data (IP address, browser, page) and discards the underlying values — it cannot follow you across sites, and it does not tell us who you are.
What we see is aggregate: page views, popular pages, referrers and countries. Nothing that identifies an individual, and nothing tied to your account or your calculations.
Cookies We Do Not Use
- Cookie-based analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media pixels
- Third-party tracking scripts
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in, but all calculators remain fully usable without an account.
Common browser cookie settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
