1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PipingCalcPro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Nature of the Service

PipingCalcPro provides engineering calculation tools for guidance purposes only. Results are based on published codes and standards (ASME B31.3, MSS SP-69, and others) as implemented by us. All outputs must be independently verified by a qualified, licensed engineer before use in any design, construction, or safety-critical application.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download calculation logic.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Introduce malware or interfere with service availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and calculation implementations on PipingCalcPro are the property of the operator. The underlying engineering standards referenced (ASME, MSS, etc.) are owned by their respective standards bodies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PipingCalcPro and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury resulting from reliance on calculation outputs.

7. Service Availability

We provide this service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
