PipingCalcPro is an independent engineering tool for ASME-compliant piping calculations, operated as a solo project. You can contact us at support@xcalcpro.com.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data — email address and password hash when you sign up.
• Calculation history — inputs and results you choose to save to your dashboard.
• Session data — authentication cookies required to keep you logged in.
• Usage logs — basic server logs (IP address, page, timestamp) for security and debugging. Retained for 30 days.

Calculations run without an account are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• Store and retrieve calculation history you explicitly save.
• Respond to support enquiries you send us.
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorised access.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication provider. Data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

No analytics trackers, advertising networks, or social media pixels are used on this site.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Calculation history is deleted when you delete the individual records or your account. You may request deletion by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@xcalcpro.com.
